• Turnaround of portfolio company. Managed turnaround of company in aviation sector owned by private equity firm.

• Board assessment and development. Identified core competencies required for successful performance, conducted assessment, and provided developmental feedback to Directors.

• Strategic review and reorganization of a $600 M acquisition. Conducted strategic planning review and organizational assessment. Reorganized company and coached and partnered with senior business leaders to manage the change process, build teams, and develop area-specific business plans.

• Development of a coaching, and training and development platform, in an international division of a global $16+ B information services firm. Created internal coaching platform. Trained newly hired coaches. Worked with senior management team to define roles and responsibilities and insure alignment with coaching platform objectives.

• Creation of social media strategy to drive growth in trading and operations division of financial services firm. Conducted discovery and strategic planning review.
