Rand_Gruen

Rand J. Gruen Ph.D., Founder and President, received his training at the University of California, Berkeley, and Yale University. He has Ph.D.s in two areas of psychology and has more than 15 years of consulting experience. Rand has expertise in the following areas: 360°, selection, team, and organizational assessments; leadership development, executive coaching; teambuilding; change management; consultative selling; and organizational development.

 

Senior Consultants:

Michael Frisch Ph.D. received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University. He specializes in executive coaching, competency modeling, performance management, and succession planning. Michael is a supervising coach and instructor at iCoachNewYork at the Zicklin Business School of Baruch College. He was a Senior Consultant and Director of Coaching Services for PDI (Personnel Decisions International) and a manager at PepsiCo. in the area of management development.

Daniel Jones Ph.D. received his Ph.D. from New York University. He specializes in executive assessment, coaching, teambuilding, and organizational development.

Richard Sackett Ph.D. received his Ph.D. from the Colorado State University. He specializes in 360° assessments, teambuilding, executive coaching, change management, and marketing and sales strategy.

Ann Tedesco Ph.D. received her Ph.D. from the City University of New York. Prior to joining our group, she was Assistant VP of Human Resources at Brown Brothers Harriman and an Associate at Mercer HR Consulting. Ann has expertise in the development of performance management, career development, and mentoring systems, executive retention, and leadership development.
